Repairing a Unit is the act of recovering a Unit's health. There are multiple ways to repair Units.
Using a Medic[]
A Medic that is repairing an Infantry Unit, and a Repair Bay repairing a Flame Tank.
A Medic can be used to repair the owner's nearby Infantry Units.
By Building[]
Some Buildings in Great Little War Game and Great Big War Game have a pad that is used to repair the owner's Units, or any Units on the pad if it is a Repair Bay's pad that is not captured. If captured, any Units on the pad that are not owned by the building owner will be destroyed.
